Cancellations and rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time. Failure to cancel or reschedule in that time will result in a fee of 50% of your service total to the card on file. No show with no notice will be responsible for 100% of your total service. If card on file is not up to date charge must be paid before new appointments will be accepted. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients waiting on available times miss the opportunity to receive service. My cancellation policy allows me to fill those appointment times as well as my schedule filled to better serve my clients.
